About

In 1962 David Ogilvy wrote Confessions of an Advertising Man after experiencing 15 years of amazing success on Madison Avenue. Internet advertising and marketing has seen an equal level of success in the same number of years. I’ve been part of that for the past 14 years as a digital creative director working at agencies in Hong Kong, Sydney, Paris and now at Ogilvy Amsterdam.

Originally from England, I began my career in the world of sales promotion and direct marketing in the 80s. The world is now a very different place and I had the opportunity to switch to online in 1996. As a “digital adman” I’ve witnessed the rise and fall… and rise again of interactive marketing. It never gets boring. Every day is full of surprises.
